How it works

From your drawing to finished parts, with as little back-and-forth as possible. Most jobs are quoted the same working day.

1 · Upload your drawing

Drop a DXF, DWG or PDF into our instant quote form along with your material, thickness and quantity, and you'll see an indicative price straight away. DXF and DWG are ideal as they carry the exact cut geometry; PDFs and clear photos are fine to get started.

No drawing yet? We run a full CAD service and can produce cut-ready files from a sketch, an existing part or an old drawing — just get in touch.

2 · We review & confirm

An engineer checks your file for cut-path issues, confirms nesting and material stock, and turns the indicative figure into a firm, fixed price with a committed lead time. We'll flag anything that needs a tweak — tiny holes, sharp internal corners or thin tabs — before anything is cut. Nothing is committed until you give the go-ahead.

Cutting capacity: mild and stainless steel up to 20 mm, aluminium up to 15 mm, brass up to 10 mm, parts up to 3×1.5 m.

3 · Cut, finish & dispatch

Your parts go on the CNC fibre laser, are deburred where needed, and quality-checked. Need more than a flat part? We fold, weld and powder coat in-house through Hurstbourne Forge, so you can have a finished, ready-to-fit component. Then collect from Andover or we'll ship it across the UK.

File formats

DXF and DWG are ideal. PDFs, STEP files and sketches are welcome too — our CAD service turns them into a cut-ready file.

No minimum order

One replacement part or a repeating production run — order exactly what you need. A £5 minimum order charge applies.

Your material or ours

We hold a wide range of stock, can source specialist grades, or cut from sheet you supply.
