Mild steel

up to 20 mm

CR4 cold-rolled, S275 hot-rolled. The everyday workhorse — brackets, plates, frames, gussets. Powder-coats well.

Stainless steel

up to 20 mm

304 and 316, in 2B or brushed finish. Corrosion-resistant — food, marine, architectural and hygienic work.

Aluminium

up to 15 mm

1050, 5251 and 5083; other grades on request. Lightweight, conductive — panels, heatsinks, enclosures.

Brass

up to 10 mm

CZ108. Decorative and electrical work.

From stock or your own material

We hold a wide range of sheet in stock so we can turn most jobs around quickly, and we're experienced at sourcing specialist grades and finishes. Prefer to supply your own material? That's no problem — bring it in and we'll cut it.

Maximum part size: 2995×1495 mm. No minimum order — one part or many. All orders are subject to acceptance and sufficient material being in stock.

Finishing & fabrication

Need more than a flat cut? Through our sister workshop Hurstbourne Forge we offer folding and forming, MIG/TIG welding and assembly, deburring, and in-house powder coating for mild steel and aluminium — so you can have a finished, ready-to-fit part from a single supplier.
