Established Andover laser cutters.
Andover Laser is the trade laser-cutting arm of Hurstbourne Forge — a working metal fabrication shop in Andover, Hampshire. We cut daily for engineers, fabricators, signmakers and manufacturers across the UK, with folding, welding and powder coating right behind the laser.
Built on a working fab shop
Andover Laser didn't start as a website with a laser bolted on. It grew out of Hurstbourne Forge — a full-service Andover metalworks that has been cutting, folding, welding and finishing steel for trade and industry for years. Our online laser cutting service is how we offer that same capability to anyone who can send us a drawing, with instant online quoting on the front.
That heritage matters: we're not a broker forwarding your file to someone else's machine. The fibre laser is ours, the engineers who review your job are ours, and the fabrication shop that folds and welds your parts is in the same building.
What we do
Flat sheet to finished part, under one roof in Andover.
Fibre laser cutting
Mild and stainless steel to 20mm, aluminium to 15mm and brass to 10mm, up to 2995×1495mm — driven straight from your DXF or DWG.
Folding & forming
Press-brake folding of laser-cut blanks into brackets, boxes, trays and enclosures with consistent bend angles.
Welding & assembly
MIG and TIG welding in steel, stainless and aluminium — from a single seam to a finished sub-assembly.
In-house powder coating
A full powder-coat line with a huge RAL range, so parts arrive finished and ready to fit — no waiting on an outside coater.
Who we work with
From a one-off replacement bracket to a repeating production run, we cut for mechanical engineers, fabricators, signmakers, architects, restorers and manufacturers — as well as makers and hobbyists who just need a few good parts. No minimum order, and a real engineer reviews every job before it's committed.
